Every product is handmade and handcut from rolls of fabric so there will be so variation. We can not guarantee the product is the image will be an exact copy. If you are unable with your purchase please contact us at homemadecraftsbykate@gmail.com

We do accept returns within 28 days of purchase. Please be aware that if the product is return with an damage or markings no refund will be issued. Returns are at the expence of the customer we unfortunatley do not offer free return labels.

All of our cotton products are machine washable on a Eco spin. We recommend leaving them to dry naturally and not tumble drying them.

All Pet accessories are subject to wear & tear and it is the responsibility of the owner to keep an eye on the condition to make sure it is safe for their pet to wear it.
